Good product actually gives a permanent virtual floppy after windows loads desktop. But a bit tricky to use for regular users. I used a batch file that loads vfd.exe then opens the virtual floppy drive. But you must install and configure a *.flp file once to make it permanent every time you run the batch.
there is a build in switches you can use to do that, vfd /[somthing...] /...
I am going to test other apps if there are any.
